Residential condominium with underground multi-storey lift parking spaces.

The existing urban layout, formed and consolidated on some strong signs, is substantially confirmed in the project while trying to adapt it to the client's objectives by enhancing the junction between Via Battisti and Martiri della Libertà with three floors in a right urban dialogue with the opposite building.

This node has also been given a hierarchical role of the structure through the portal and the section of the gallery that leads to the entire courtyard, a real distributive hinge of the entire building organism.

The building renovation as a whole is fundamentally characterized by the recovery and redevelopment of the building to the north, by the demolition of a volumetric mass that connects the two bodies thus creating the distributive hinge of the organism and by the demolition and reconstruction of the corner on Via Battisti and Martiri della Libertà with different volumetric masses allowing at the same time the construction of a mechanized autostylus on eight floors starting from the first underground level.

In the autostilo there are 96 parking spaces, 24 of which are public.
